Scheme and Programme Development

Data gathered through inspection and the Watchman function is analysed and used to identify structures and road renewals and LMNS improvement schemes. Feasibility reports are prepared for Providers and CM Framework Works. The Highways Agency’s value management process is followed, annual bid funding is prepared, and the forward programme is subsequently developed. Roles within this discipline include technicians, engineers, senior engineers and managers who have experience in developing road and structural renewal schemes of LNMS improvements.
