Scheme Delivery

Responsibilities include the design and development of structures, roads and LMNS schemes, planning and programming works, construction supervision, budget management and financial reporting, Highways Agency liaison, pricing and cost capture. We will be adopting a cradle to grave approach to scheme delivery which covers Providers works and CM Framework works.  Roles include project managers and supervisors, senior engineers, engineers, technicians, site managers, site engineers, site agents and supervisors as well as skilled and qualified construction and maintenance operatives.
