All works carried out on the network need to be planned and co-ordinated effectively to ensure least disruption and maximum safety to network users and workers. Routine works, schemes and any emergency works are co-ordinated and traffic management requirements arranged by this team.  The management, monitoring and procurement of the right plant and equipment are also essential.
