IDT Coordinator

Job Title:                     IDT Co-ordinator (Integrated Delivery Team)

Key roles and responsibilities:

This role will assist the IDT Managers and CDM Co-ordinator with a range of administrative tasks associated with collation of health and safety and scheme records.

  • Updating planning spreadsheets on a weekly basis.
  • Collation of drawings, pre-construction information, H&S Plans for site and scheme files.
  • Organising weekly planning meetings and taking minutes.
  • Updating the databases and issuing relevant paperwork to the Site Agent upon completion of schemes, including ensuring the supply chain feedback forms are received.
  • Coordination of approval for As Built Drawings from site and project managers.
  • Completion of the Health & Safety File and related databases.
  • Updating Project Database with scheme archive information and archiving all scheme information and coordinating information to be uploaded onto Highways Agency Databases.
  • Maintaining Cyclic Maintenance records through inputting into a spreadsheet or other bespoke databases.
  • Any other duties commensurate with the role.
    Candidate Specification:
    • Practical experience in document management
    • Good word processing experience in MS Word, MS Excel
    • Basic understanding of database management
    • Be able to demonstrate organisational skills along with document management controls.
    • Able to coordinate and ensure information is received to tight timetables.
    • Good communication (written/verbal), organisational and team working skills are essential.
