Supply Chain Charter

A-one and its Supply Chain Partners agree to:

"Work together to produce cost effective quality contracts on time to the mutual benefit of all parties."

The values of the Charter are: (We = A-one and Supply Chain Partners)

• We will work together to achieve our objectives, and will continuously measure our performance against these values.

The partnering agreement objectives have the aim of achieving mutual objectives and include the construction, completion, commissioning, testing and maintenance of the Contracts awarded to A-one.

The Charter objectives include:

• To deliver a cost effective, quality responsive service that continually improves.
• To carry out services to the highest practicable safety and environmental standard.
• To ensure submissions and payments are timely and equitable in line with payment terms of the contracts, so that all partners receive a reasonable return on their investments.
• To create an open and honest environment that will develop mutual trust, understanding and respect.
• To enhance and promote the reputation of the partners by using the contracts awarded as a shop window for their competence, processes and values.
• To put into place an effective measurement and communication process that allows all partners access to accurate understanding of performance.
• To put into place a formal issue resolution process, and strive not to use it.
• To give early indications and advance information on yearly works programmes.
• To attend and participate in the Contract Management process.

Thereby maximising the effectiveness of the Partners' resources and encouraging mutual trust, respect and teamwork. This Partnership applies for the Supply of Services and / or Products on contracts awarded to A-one Integrated Highway Services.
